AUSTWICK Church Charity Takeaway Harvest Supper takes place on 25 September 2020, 5:30 p.m. for two hours Austwick Parish Hall.

In aid of the Leeds Diocese Sudan Emergency Appeal and Austwick Church funds.

Ticket price includes free entry to Raffle of Harvest offerings which will take place after the Harvest Service on 27th September, 9.30am.

Food will be collected from the Village Hall in allocated time slots with a social drink while you are waiting.

To reserve your tickets available from Michelle and Ian at Cross Leigh Stores, and return to the shop or to Colin Renwick at Bridge House, Greystonber Lane, by 20th September including the correct payment (cash, or cheques payable to Austwick PCC).

The Supper will be Pie and Peas (with a vegetarian option) and Pavlova, served in takeaway containers.

Your time of collection will be allocated and notified to you using your contact details.

Raffle tickets will be given out when you collect your Supper.

Please note that arrangements may need to be changed if required by changes in Covid regulations.

DURING our current reduced programme please take the opportunity to attend services in churches across the benefice, as well as your usual “home” church.

It is important to follow Covid-19 precautions in church: hand sanitising on entry, socially distance seating and wearing of face coverings.

AUSTWICK Cuckoo & Street Market Festival 2020 AGM.

Help needed for 2021 Cuckoo Festival & Street Market.

This long-running community event is an essen al fundraiser for our parish hall, playing fields and community groups. As no Street Market took place in 2020, we need to come together to make 2021 the best event yet.

We’re looking for new committee members, a coordinator, a secretary and a treasurer, plus volunteers on the day. Come along to an informal information session and AGM on Monday 28 September at 7.30pm, Austwick Parish Hall.
