RODBOURNE: Damian Korzeniowski, 32, of Redcliffe Street, pleaded guilty to driving a BMW in Rodbourne Road on May 17 while over the alcohol limit. He had 56 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath.

Magistrates fined him £440, banned him from driving for 16 months, ordered he pay £85 costs and a £44 victim surcharge.

PARK SOUTH: Rhys Belcher, 21, of Blakesley Close, entered no plea to a charge of possession with intent to supply cannabis in Swindon on October 10, 2019. He admitted being concerned in the supply of the class B drug between October 2017 and October 2019. His case was sent to Swindon Crown Court. Belcher, who was granted unconditional bail, is expected to appear before the crown court on September 25.

ROYAL WOOTTON BASSETT: Ashley Raeburn, 28, of Macaulay Square, Calne, admitted assault causing actual bodily harm on a man in Royal Wootton Bassett on September 21 last year. He was sentenced to 20 weeks imprisonment suspended for two years and ordered to do 100 hours of unpaid work and pay £3,000 compensation. He must pay £85 costs and a £122 victim surcharge.

SWINDON: Cristian Popovici, 40, of Sittingbourne, Kent, admitted assaulting a woman in Swindon on January 26, 2020. He had previously denied the offence. He was given a community order with requirements to complete the Building Better Relationships programme and up to 10 rehabilitation activity days. Magistrates ordered he pay £100 costs and a £90 victim surcharge. A restraining order prevents him from contacting his victim until November 3.

BAMPTON: Michael Keeling, 38, of Weald, Bampton, entered no pleas to fraud by false representation and false accounting. It is claimed he did not pass a payment of £25,000 given to him in order to purchase a company onto the seller and forged a signature on the sale document of the company. The charges date back to 2018.

Keeling was bailed for the plea hearing at Swindon Crown Court on October 2.

SWINDON: Steven Matthews, 53, of London Road, Poulton, pleaded not guilty to stealing £4,660 via unauthorised transactions from Castle Estate Agents in Swindon between May 28 and October 18, 2019. He was bailed for the trial at Swindon Magistrates’ Court on December 17.

MOREDON: Stephen Richardson, 41, of Bourne Road, Moredon, admitted driving a Mitsubishi Canter on Marlborough Road on October 21 last year while disqualified from driving and without insurance.

He was fined £900, given six points on his licence and ordered to pay £165 in costs and surcharge.

SWINDON: Claire Browner, 31, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to shoplifting. She stole cleaning items from Wilko on three occasions in September and October last year. She was ordered to pay £134 in compensation.

PENHILL: Janusz Pielak, 59, of Pewsham Road, pleaded not guilty to possession of blades in the magistrates’ court building, shoplifting from Asda and Tesco, assault and failing to surrender to the court.

He was bailed for the trial on December 10 at Swindon Magistrates’ Court. His bail conditions prevent him from going to the Tesco Metro in Swindon town centre or the Asda in North Swindon.

NYTHE: Chelsi Tarrant, 18, of Charminster Close, was given a 12-month community order with a requirement to complete 18 hours at an attendance centre after she earlier admitted causing actual bodily harm in Swindon on January 24.

She must do 60 hours of unpaid work and pay £150 compensation.

SWINDON: Carl Wallis, 34, of Mellowground, admitted harassment, breaching a non-molestation order by contacting a woman through his children and touched a woman sexually without her consent.

He was given an 18-month community order with requirements to attend up to 60 days of appointments with the probation service. He was fined £220, must pay a £60 surcharge and ordered to pay £690 costs as he had entered a late guilty plea.

A restraining order prevents him from contacting his victim until March 2022. He must sign onto the sex offenders’ register for five years.

OLD TOWN: Dafydd Spence, 24, who gave a care of address of Victoria Road, denied two assaults and a charge of criminal damage. He was bailed for the trial on January 7 next year.
