CHARGE: South Cumbria Magistrates' Court
A KENDAL man will face South Cumbria Magistrates Court tomorrow charged with actually bodily harm and assaulting police officers.
Tyler William Gilpin, 20, of Thirlmere Road, Kendal, is facing charges relating to incidents on July 23 this year.
He is alleged to have assaulted two emergency workers, namely police officers, will carrying out their duties.
He is also charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm, and is alleged to have assaulted Michael Gilpin.
It is his first appearance in court to face the charges.
