A NEW charity dedicated to improving the wellbeing of young people in South Cumbria is set to be launched.
Well Minds will work with young people, between the ages of 12 to 25, and local secondary schools, charities, and other partners, to create new therapeutic support programme
Tim Farron, MP, said: "More and more young people are looking for support, and waiting lists for local mental health services continue to increase, so I am really pleased that Well Minds will be able to provide new opportunities for young people to improve their wellbeing’.
Ramin Salehi, Chair of Well Minds, said: "We are really excited about the opportunity to work with young people, and partners including local schools, to develop Well Minds and very grateful to everyone who has helped us so far."
