A DRINK driver has been banned from the road for 17 months.
Luke Robinson admitted that he committed the offence in a Ford Transit Connect on Blackhall Road in Kendal on September 20.
South Cumbria Magistrates' Court heard the 26-year-old, of Low Garth, had 66 micrograms of alcohol 100 millilitres of breath, over the limit of 35.
He was fined £300 and told to pay a £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
