A WINDERMERE woman has been given a community order after stealing gin and wine from Booths.
Carolyn Helen Ruth Brosnan, 47, of Ambleside Road, pleaded guilty to stealing three bottles of gin and a bottle of wine from Booths in Kendal valued at £98 on June 4, South Cumbria Magistrates’ Court heard. She was given a 10 week curfew and told to pay £98 compensation.
