COURT: South Cumbria Magistrates' Court
A MAN is due to appear in court charged in relation to being the owner of dangerously out of control dogs.
Stephen Cummings, 37, of Waberthwaite near Millom, faces four separate charges over four Lurchers.
Mr Cumming is accused of being the owner of Boss, Fury, Chaos, and Caeser who were allegedly dangerously out of control and caused injury to Kate Nicholas and her dogs on April 5
He will appear at South Cumbria Magistrates’ Court on November 3.
