A MOUNTAIN rescue team was called out after a woman from Kendal fell and injured her leg.
Patterdale Mountain Rescue Team (PMRT) attended the incident at Caiston Glen on the afternoon of November 22.
A woman from the Kendal area had fallen and injured her leg whilst out walking in the High Hartsop Dodd area.
PMRT reported that the woman was treated at the scene by team members and a team doctor before being stretchered down to the bottom of Kirkstone and into an awaiting ambulance.
