PLANNING has been approved to convert a former nursery into five houses.
South Lakeland District Council has green lit plans to develop the former Safehands Nursery in Captain French Lane, Kendal into five new homes.
Safehands closed its doors to the public in December 2018.
The proposal, which was put forward by Millhouse Esates on September 10, stipulates the demolition of the single storey modern extension, external alterations to side and rear elevations, the erection of a single storey garden room and balconies to rear of property.
