PLANS for four new flats to replace 12 garages 'in poor condition' in Windermere have been submitted to the Lake District National Park Authority.
Oakthwaite Road is home to 12 garages that Robert Hughes Limited intends to demolish to make way for four new flats.
The plans state the number of parking spaces will be reduce from 12 to eight
The application has been submitted for the the erection of four two bedroomed apartments with garages at the lower level.
There is currently no decision date on this application.
