A TRIAL date has been set for a Windermere woman who has denied an accusation of assault.
Michelle Toni Ainsworth, of Bowfell Crescent, pleaded not guilty to assaulting Dorota Juszczak at Windermere Railway Station in an alleged incident on January 12.
The 36-year-old will appear at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court on November 30 at 10am for the trial hearing.
An application for her to give evidence by way of live link from Blackburn Magistrates' Court has been granted by the court.
