A WATER pump in the small yard off Stramongate where The Joshua Tree café is now situated.
That property was at one time occupied by Frank Park, a picture framer and cabinet maker.
The buildings on either side of the yard have in their time included an ironmongers, a bookshop, a tobacconist and a fruiterer.
Number seven, behind the pump, was the home of the Bellingham’s built in 1546.
