A MAN from Lancashire has been sent for a trial by jury at Crown Court after being accused of two counts of theft, a court heard.
Russell Thompson, of Cross Street in Brierfield was charged with two thefts from a garage at Scar View and Cinderbarrow Farm in the Kendal area on November 20, 2019.
The 53-year-old allegedly stole quad bikes from both locations as well as a trail bike, pit bike, strimmer, stihl chainsaw and pipe wrench from the Scar View garage.
He is due to appear at Carlisle Crown Court on January 5, 2021.
