HERE is a round-up of some of the appeals from the last week that police in south Cumbria need your help with.

Anyone with information about any of the five incidents below should contact 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

- Police said an incident occurred at the junction of Crown Street and Lapstone Road in Millom on December 2 at around 9am. A 39-year old man from Millom was arrested 'on suspicion of common assault and dangerous driving' and released under investigation.

- An 18-year-old from Barrow was arrested on suspicion of possession of an air weapon after an incident in Great Urswick. A police spokesman said: "It is reported that something has been fired from a dark coloured hatchback car at a white Ford Transit van." He said the incident occurred on November 24 at around 9.30pm.

- The report of a number of burglaries and attempted burglaries at Bankfield Hall, Great Urswick, is being investigated. Police said the incidents occurred between November 22 and 30. A man from Barrow was arrested on suspicion of two counts of burglary and released on police bail.

- A fail-to-stop collision is reported to have occurred on Gillinggate in Kendal at around 6.25pm on November 27. A grey Peugeot 407 reportedly failed to stop after a collision with a Vauxhall Astra.

- An alleged assault of a woman took place in the area of Rawlinson Street and Ramsden Street in Barrow at around 7am on November 28. A 19-year-old from Barrow was arrested on suspicion of assault and released on police bail.
