A CUMBRIAN property agency has welcomed a key new member onto its team.

H&H Land & Estates has taken on Kate Patrick in a new role as head of estate agency in a move that will support its drive to further develop and grow the business.

She comes to the role with a wealth of experience under her belt having spent 15 years working in the property industry.

Kate said: “I am thrilled to have been offered this position, and am very much looking forward to getting to know the team.

"I am certain that, as head of estate agency, I will be able to contribute to the energy and results that H&H are known for, and meet the challenges of a constantly shifting property landscape.

"H&H Land & Estates is a highly respected brand, and in my new role I want to work with our existing teams across our estate agencies to broaden our reach.

"To continue to achieve success, we must understand the markets and the changing needs of these markets, and also respond to the buyers of the next generation."

"So, I will be building on our very strong foundations to ensure we can meet the demand of these rapidly changing times, from both a customer focused and digital perspective."

Kate will use her experience and knowledge of the sector to guide and support H&H's offices from Kendal to Carlisle to Durham.

Her approach to working follows a coaching and training approach which supports team members in succeeding.

Colin Tomlinson, Managing Director of H&H Land & Estates in Carlisle, responded to Kate’s appointment: “We are absolutely delighted that Kate has decided to take up this challenge to work with us, and expand the scope of the Estate Agency side of the business.

"We created this new role at a time where H&H Land & Estates has been growing its market share, and her appointment is integral to our future growth.

“Kate is a highly experienced property professional, with the right skills, vision, and experience to take up this key role.

"I have every confidence she will be effective in working with our existing teams, driving our growth strategy forward for years to come.”
