NEW Government advice has been issued to learner drivers in lockdown.
The Driver & Vehicle Standards Agency has announced that learner drivers can practice their driving with members of their household or support bubble when travelling for work, education or other essential journeys.
Previously Government guidance stated that people should stay at home unless the trip was essential.
This guidance has been reviewed and updated to include learner drivers who are making essential trips.
