South Cumbria Magistrates' Court at Barrow.
A woman who is alleged to have failed to report an accident will appear in court next week.
Leona Wilson, 38, of Lake Lodge, Castlehead in Grange-over-Sands, allegedly drove a black Mercedes in Kendal on August 7 without due care and attention.
It is said Miss Wilson approached the Brettargh Holt roundabout on the A590 but left the road, colliding with trees in the middle of the roundabout.
She is alleged to have failed to stop and did not report the accident.
Her court appearance at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court has been adjourned to January 22.
