A 70-YEAR-OLD man from South Lakeland is due to stand trial for allegedly breaching a sexual harm prevention order.
Court documents state the charge against David Charles Cecil Prospero, of Lowther Gardens, Grange, is that on February 19, 2020 he deleted his browsing history and installed 'cleansing' software on his internet-capable devices, and was in possession of an internet-capable mobile phone that he was prohibited from possessing by a court's sexual harm prevention order.
Prospero is due to stand trial at Carlisle Crown Court on February 5, 2021. He has been granted unconditional bail.
