To show your mum how much you love her all you have to do is upload a 'selfie with mum'.

The picture can be the last one you took together before lockdown or a favourite picture from yester year.

All you have to do is pick the picture and the team at Newsquest Cumbria will then do the rest.

Vanessa Sims, regional group editor said: "Mother's Day is the perfect time to celebrate all the special mums in Cumbria.

"Many families have been forced to live apart because of coronavirus.

"Our 'selfie with mum' supplement is about celebrating all the special Cumbrian mums who we may have been unable to see to a while.

"It is open to anyone of any age.

"To get involved all you need to do is upload your picture.

"We will then compile them into a lovely keepsake ready for March 14."
