Caddick Construction secure new £5m Porsche centre contract
A car dealership has revealed when its new centre will open.
The owners of Porsche Centre Kendal announced on Monday that the new Porsche Centre South Lakes, situated at J35 of the M6 near Carnforth, will be opening this summer.
Work began on the new centre in June last year and its progress has been eagerly observed by motorists.
The existing garage on Longpool in Kendal has been operational for over 60 years in the town and will close with the move.
A spokesman said: “It will be a state-of-the-art facility with ultra-fast chargers, a direct dialogue bay, specialist handover bay and much needed larger showroom and workshop facilities.”
