The company has had SEVEN live streamed online auctions since lockdown began in March 2020. During the last online auction in February bidding saw some spectacular prices, with 25 lots sold for a total of £3.2 million. In all, 203 properties have been sold with a value of £18.7 million and a sale rate of 95 per cent of lots offered.
Each of the online auctions have received exceptional interest, with 904 registered internet bidders, 252 telephone bidders and 81 proxy bidders.
