Traffic stopped on M6 after collision
TRAFFIC has been temporarily stoppped on the M6 northbound due to a collision.
Highways England reported that traffic has been stopped between J37 (Kendal, Sedbergh and the A684) to J38 (Brough, A685, Appleby and the B6260).
Cumbria Constabulary reported that a vehicle had collided with the central reservation of the motorway.
A force spokesman added: "The northbound carriageway will be closed until further notice whilst we investigate this matter."
