South Cumbria Magistrates' Court, Abbey Road, Barrow
A MAN is due to appear in court after he was alleged to have made a false statement to obtain car insurance.
Michael Ronald Lomas, 39, of Castle Grove in Kendal, is said to have failed to disclose he was banned from driving on December 13 last year.
He is also charged with driving while disqualified on February 13.
He is due to appear at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court on Friday over the charges.
