A SUCCESSFUL estates team operating in Allerdale is our Trader of the Week for their highly commended service.

The Cockermouth team at H&H Land Estates has won The British Property Award for Keswick and Cockermouth - the prestigious accolade is awarded to businesses in the property sector that go the extra mile for their customers.

H&H Land and Estates is one of the north’s leading chartered surveyors, agricultural land agents and valuers.

H&H’s Cockermouth team came through a rigorous judging process, completed by mystery shoppers in order to win the award.

On behalf of the Cockermouth office, Kate Patrick said: “Our team continually strive to provide the best and most memorable service to our customers. Being rewarded for our efforts through an award like this is so encouraging, and I hope it will act as a beacon to highlight our attributes to our local marketplace.

She said: “The team have worked so hard over the past year to adapt to continual changes, so I am over the moon that their hard work is now being acknowledged and celebrated.”

The business also has offices and clients in Keswick, Carlisle, Penrith, Kendal, Grange-Over-Sands and Durham.

Robert McLean from The British Property Awards said: “Our awards have been specifically designed to be attainable to all agents, removing common barriers to entry, such as cost, to ensure that we have the most inclusive awards.

“Our awards have also been designed to remove any opportunity for bias or manipulation. If an agent has been attributed with one of our awards, it is simply down to the fantastic customer service levels that they have demonstrated across a prolonged period of time. Winning agents should be proud that their customer service levels provide a benchmark for their local, regional and national competition”

The top professional services from H&H Group’s land and estates arm include, Estate Management, Valuations, Dispute Resolution, Planning and Development, Compulsory Purchases, Common Land and Conservation & Environment, and Forestry.

The business has recently supported the rural community with free webinars that provide information on funding and grant opportunities.

We want to hear about more businesses who are going above and beyond for their customers and industry.
