A KENDAL man has been ordered to complete 80 hours of unpaid work after driving while disqualified and without insurance.

Michael Ronald Lomas, of Castle Grove, admitted to driving on the A65 near Kendal on February 15 without insurance when he was banned. In addition to his community order, the 39-year-old was banned for a further 10 months and has to pay a victim surcharge of £95 and costs of £85, totalling £180.
