A MAN who admitted his dangerous driving led to the death of a father and two children in Dalton is due to appear in court.
David Logan, 47, is due to appear for a hearing at Preston Crown Court today.
The defendant, of Broughton Road in Dalton, previously pleaded guilty to three counts of causing death by dangerous, destroying property - namely the family dog - and drink driving.
It came after three members of the Flynn family, were killed in Dalton on Father's Day in 2020.
