MAGISTRATES have sentenced a man after he admitted to causing harassment, alarm or distress.
Scott William Graham was charged with using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment on February 9.
At South Cumbria Magistrates' Court, the 33-year-old, of Low in Hallgarth, Kendal, was fined £40 and told to pay a £34 victim surcharge and £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
