COURT: South Cumbria Magistrates’ Court.
A MAN has appeared in court to deny three charges of sexual assault.
Leslie Thomas Gott is accused of sexually assaulting a boy aged 16 or over on three occasions.
The offences are said to have happened in the Waberthwaite area in the middle of 2020.
The 55-year-old defendant, of Seathwaite, Broughton, appeared at South Cumbria Magistrates’ Court on Monday.
He is due to appear at Preston Crown Court for a hearing on June 15 and has been bailed until that date.
