Man, 38, pleads guilty to intentionally exposing his genitals
A MAN has been handed a conditional discharge after pleading guilty to indecent exposure.
Kevin Weatherill, of Warton, Carnforth was charged with exposure and outraging public decency following an incident near the Capernwray Diving centre at 12pm on November 5.
The 38-year-old appeared at Preston Crown Court on June 9 where he pleaded guilty to indecently exposing himself to cause alarm or distress.
The outraging public decency charge will remain on file.
Weatherill was handed a 12 month conditional discharge for the offence.
