Limit: The defendant was just over the drink drive limit
A MAN who drove while over the limit for alcohol has been banned from the road.
Jeremy Dixon, 60, admitted drink driving on Meathop Road on June 17.
South Cumbria Magistrates' Court heard the defendant, of Fernleigh Road in Grange-over-Sands, had 42 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, over the limit of 35.
He was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £120 for the offence by magistrates.
