South Cumbria Magistrates' Court
A WOMAN accused of damaging a car and assaulting a police officer is to spend more time remanded in custody.
Lisa Marie Rustill-Bentley is alleged to have caused £30 of damage to a Toyota in Ambleside and assaulted PC Hays in Kendal on May 28.
The 40-year-old, of Travis Road in Cottingham, denied the offence at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court. A custody limit has been extended ahead of a hearing on August 17.
