A FiLM crew has been discovering the perfect place for staycations in the Lake District.
The team from ITV were spotted in Windermere filming for a prime time TV show.
The Lakes has always been a firm favourite for tourists and every year sees thousands of tourist descend on the area.
It is expected that this summer will be one of the Lakes busiest ever as international travel remains affected by the coronavirus pandemic.
Chris Wingrove, volunteer team leader with the Lake Disrict National Park, said: "We know that this is going to be a very busy summer so we'll be on hand to advise if an area is very busy and make suggestions about alternative local destinations."
The programme will air on ITV in a few weeks time and will focus on what activities are available for tourists whether they are visiting for the first time or are seasoned visitors.
The Lake District National Park has launched a campaign called 'Be Lake District Kind' encouraging people who are visiting over the summer holidays to plan their visit and be mindful of the impact on the beauty spots.
The campaign also features tips on how to respect the area which includes information on how to respect the area, protect the environment and how to safely enjoy the outdoors.
