A BOWNESS pub has been listed in the top 10 per cent of restaurants worldwide.

The Royal Oak Inn were delighted they had been honoured in Tripadvisor's Travellers' Choice Awards and credited its staff’s hard work for the achievement.

A statement said: “Well this happened this morning and we couldn’t be prouder. All our hard work is paying off.

“Big well done to all the team, especially our fabulous boss Angie. We are a united family at the Oak and work hard to do our very best, proved much harder in the last year and a half.”
