A KENDAL man has been disqualified from driving for 12 months.
David Julian Horn, of Kirkbarrow Lane, Kendal, pleaded guilty to drink driving at South Cumbria Magistrates’ Court on Monday.
Horn, 52, was caught driving a Suzuki Liana along Glebe Road, Kendal, on July 2, 2021, whilst over the legal limit of alcohol.
In addition to his driving ban, magistrates have also ordered Horn to pay a £300 fine.
