Driving Car
A MAN accused of driving without having proper control of his vehicle is due to appear in court.
Carl Stuart Frost is alleged to have his head down looking at his mobile phone, causing him to drive diagonally across the road on Lake Road in Windermere on September 15 2020.
The 34-year-old defendant, of Waverley Avenue in Blackpool, previously denied the charge.
He is due to stand trial at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court this afternoon.
