KENDAL Mountain Festival kicks off in November and have exclusively revealed where their base camp will be located.

The Festival will run from Thursday, Novermber 18 until Sunday, November 21 and tickets for their many events are already on offer here.

This will be the first in-person festival since 2019, after they went virtual in 2020.

All events on the main festival stages will be available to view online, along with the entire film programme, through the festival’s new Kendal Mountain Player where people can also catch up on last year’s stage events, plus new content being added throughout the year.

The base camp will be located at Abbot Hall Park. Entry to the camp will be free for all and the tented village will be larger than before with two stages of inspiring talks and live music available all weekend.

They will be increasing their food and drink provision and will have new brands joining them alongside their familiar brand partners.

The Shackleton Tent will also be returning to the grounds of the Brewery Arts Centre and this year will follow a mountaineering theme.

Some programme highlights include world film premieres to top speakers including Aldo Kane, Anna Blackwell and Mark Beaumont.
