Halloween is only a few weeks away and many of us will be looking for costumes and decorations for our house to really embrace spooky season.

As well as binge watching horror movies, eating 10x more sweets than normal and dressing up as the latest superhero trend, pumpkin carving is a must when it comes to Halloween.

And before you can carve it, you have to go pick one out. Many people enjoy the simplicity of picking one up in the supermarket, but if you fancy making a day out of it then heading to a pumpkin patch is the best choice.

So where in Cumbria can you go to pick out your own pumpkin?
