Man hospitalised from attack in town centre
POLICE have cordoned off sections of Kendal town centre after a man has been hospitalised from an attack.
The incident happened during the night.
South Lakes Police said: "Police are currently dealing with three separate cordons in Kendal town centre where a male has been a victim of an assault over night and is currently receiving treatment for his injuries at hospital.
"Please avoid the area where possible."
No further details have been released.
