The spout heads facing west on number 129 Lowther Street, created in 1996 to celebrate the fiftieth anniversary of Haig Architects.

The initials are those of Eric Michael Bottomley and Charles Roger Haig.

The face overlooking the snuff works is reflecting the smell of snuff and tobacco manufacture from below.

On the east facing side are the initials of founder Edwin Donald Haig and his wife Joan Mary Haig.
