A WOMAN from Ulverston is due to appear in court over an alleged offence of dangerously out of control dogs.
Gitta El Khoury, of Hampsfell Road, has been accused of being in charge of two dangerously out of control dogs - a mixed breed and a Staffordshire Bull Terrier - in Penarth, Wales on February 20, 2020.
The dogs allegedly injured a woman on Penarth Beach, namely Laura Pine.
The 39-year-old is due to attend Cardiff Magistrates' Court on December 15 following her case management hearing.
