INQUEST: Cockermouth Coroner's Court
AN INQUEST is due to take place today following the death of a woman from Kirkby-in-Furness.
Joyce Saunders died at the age of 84 in Barrow on June 21.
The hearing is due to take place at The Coroner's Court in Cockermouth at 2pm today.
It is estimated to take an hour to come to a conclusion and will be overseen by coroner Mr Robert Cohen.
An inquest is a formal investigation conducted by a coroner in order to determine how someone died.
