MULTI-Michelin star chef Simon Rogan will be celebrating his 20th anniversary since establishing his restaurant group.
The award-winning chef behind destinations including L’Enclume, Rogan & Co and Aulis will bring a special a la carte menu to Henrock in January to celebrate two decades of business.
The menu, which will be available to experience for a fortnight in January at the restaurant, which is located within Linthwaite House Hotel, will feature Simon’s favourite dishes he served across his restaurants or at this special event, over the past two decades.
The Henrock menu will be the first of 20 special anniversary celebrations planned to take place both at home and away throughout 2022.
Guests will be invited to choose from a selection of starters, mains and desserts that have appeared on Simon’s menus since 2002 with dishes to include 'Ox in coal oil, pumpkin seed, kohlrabi and sunflower shoots'.
'Roasted Sea scallops from Orkney, oyster fritter, fennel and truffle' and ‘Caramelised apple tart with woodruff ice-cream’ will also feature.
The menu will be available from January 12-16 and January 19-23.
