BOWNESS-in-Windermere will see a new roundabout constructed at Crag Brow.
Pedestrian safety will be improved at Crag Brow where a new roundabout layout is to constructed by Cumbria County Council.
A temporary three-way traffic signal system will be installed at the junction of the A5074 and A592 as part of the roadworks, starting on Monday 10 January.
There will also be night closures the week before and after the half-term holiday; however, there are no plans to work during February's half-term holiday, the week beginning 14 February 2022.
The county council would like to thank residents for their patience while these road improvements are carried out and apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused by these works.
