The Cumberland Building Society has joined the 2022 North West Family Business Awards as a sponsor for the first time.
The prestigious awards-which are set to take place on May 13 at the Titanic Hotel, Liverpool- celebrate the best businesses, employers and employees in the North West family business sector.
Along with sponsoring the ‘Best Social Impact’ category, the building society will also be guest-judging the finalists of their category, which includes visiting the nominees on-site as part of the process.
Scott McKerracher, head of commercial at The Cumberland said: “We are delighted to be supporting this year’s North West Family Business Awards. At The Cumberland, we appreciate the vital role of family businesses in Cumbria, Lancashire and the surrounding areas and we’re pleased to be playing a part in making sure local businesses receive the recognition they deserve.”
Food writer and presenter Nigel Barden will return to host the evening.
