As part of the weekend of festivities the business held a raffle of an 18kg egg to raise funds for the North West Blood Bikers.
Thanks to the generosity of the winner the egg was re-auctioned, and then re-auctioned again.
Anna Martin, operations manager at Bowness Bay Brewing said: “We held a raffle for an 18kg Easter egg to raise funds for the Northwest Blood Bikers.
“The winner of the raffle, then donated the egg back to go for auction.
“We auctioned it in the beer garden that afternoon, and the winning bid, then donated it back to be re-auctioned.
“We held a further auction that night, and with that winning bid, it took the total raised for the Blood Bikers to £1,250.00.”
The company thanked everyone who visited the festival and who donated.
