Police are investigating after two properties were broken into in the early hours of Saturday (May 14).
According to Cumbria Police, two unoccupied houses in Rawthey Gardens and Joss Lane, Sedbergh, were broken into.
On both occasions, stones were thrown through windows to gain entry. An untidy search was made of both properties.
A blue Mercedes C Class AMG was stolen from Rawthey Gardens, and the vehicle was located on Loftus Hill Car Park, Sedbergh.
A force spokesman said: “Anyone with information relating to this incidents can report online at www.cumbria.police.uk/report-it, quoting incident number 129 and 156 of 14th May for DC 1783 West.
“You can also phone on 101.
“Alternatively, you can contact Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.”
