A POPULAR agricultural show returns tomorrow (Wednesday) with a 'wonderful' new attraction.

The Ulverston and North Lonsdale Agricultural Show team said they are 'delighted' to be holding the show again this year and thanked the Sharp family for letting the show be held on their land.

Ulverston and North Lonsdale Show traditionally draws in hundreds of families, farmers and plenty of fluffy animals to its Lindal Cote Farm location every July.

The event, which is the first major agricultural show in the calendar, has been cancelled for the past two years due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The show will be held at Lindal Cote Farm.

This year there is a new attraction at the show with 'Joseph's Amazing Racing Pigs'

Six rare breed pigs, ranging from Tamworths to Gloucester Old Spots to Saddlebacks to Berkshires to Oxford sandy and blacks, will fill the arena with their amusing antics.
