(ABOVE) The pawnbrokers sign on the Market Place side of Morgan Banks Jewellers, the shop opened in 2015 becoming a pawnbroker five years later.
Built in 1591, the building was used for council meetings before moving into the present Town Hall in 1858.
The property later became Brunskill’s Drapery Shop, it has also been a Bradley’s, (during which time it was destroyed by fire) Fosters Menswear and a Thorntons Chocolate shop.
