POLICE arrested a man and seized his motorbike in Kendal today (August 4).
South Lakes Police arrested the 19-year-old man on suspicion of ‘driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug, driving without insurance and theft’.
And officers seized a motorbike in the town’s Appleby Road.
According to police, the man remains in custody.
A spokesman from South Lakes Police said: “Officers are aware of recent issues in the area in relation to the use of motorbikes and have been targeting them over the last week.
“We are appealing for the public’s help by telling us when these vehicles are in the area and where they are being stored.

“If you are concerned about something you have seen on our roads 🚗, you can submit footage to us via our website.”
