Signs are now up on Finkle Street Chippy in Kendal
THE name of a new fish and chip shop in Kendal has been revealed.
Signs have now gone on up on Finkle Street Chippy- formerly Feyz Barbers- in Finkle Street Kendal.
South Lakeland District Council (SLDC) gave the thumbs up to convert the barbers in Finkle Street, to a mixed-use café and hot food takeaway, in April last year.
The application, submitted by Mr Veysullah Bagis, stated that the shop and takeaway would potentially provide employment for up to five people.
Feyz Barbers has now moved to 68 Stramongate.
The barbers closed in May this year ahead of works beginning to transform the unit.
